At Doctor Rogers, we’re dedicated to helping you find the perfect skincare routine. If you are not completely satisfied with an individual product, we offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you feel confident in your purchase.
Individual Products
We understand that skincare is personal, and results take time. That’s why we accept returns on individual products within 30 days of purchase, even if they have been gently used. Simply initiate your return through your customer account, and we’ll provide a shipping label. To cover shipping and handling, $10 will be deducted from your refund.
Skincare Sets
To ensure you love each product in a set, we recommend trying individual items first. Skincare sets are a curated collection designed for a complete routine for our experienced customers. They are non-refundable. This policy allows us to maintain the integrity of our bundled offerings and their reduced pricing.
If you're new to our brand, we encourage starting with one or two individual products before committing to a full set. This allows you to explore what works best for your skin with the flexibility of our 30-day return policy.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return for an individual product, please log in to your customer account within 30 days of your purchase and follow the steps to request a return. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a USPS shipping label by email. You will need to pack the return into a box or mailing envelope and a printer to print the shipping label. We ask that you ship the product back to us within 7 days. Returns can be dropped at any USPS location.
Once we receive your returned product(s), please allow 3–5 business days for us to process your return. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, minus $10 for return shipping and handling. It may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account after processing.
